Tulip Bulb Give-Away

11 a.m. | Thusday, Sept. 9
1300 Block of Pearl Street

The annual tulip bulb give-away sponsored by the City of Boulder for residents will be held on Thursday, Sept. 9, starting at 11 a.m. on the 1300 block of the Pearl Street Mall. Supplies are limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis - one bag per Boulder resident, $1 donation requested.

Each year, Parks and Recreation changes the variety and color of the tulips planted on the Pearl Street Mall to provide a unique and impressive display and draw visitors downtown each spring. After the bloom, staff remove the bulbs to make way for summer plantings - sharing the previous year's bulbs with residents and using them in other parks throughout the city.
