On Friday, October 21, the CU Homecoming Parade joins forces with The Pearl Street Stampede to kick off homecoming weekend. Join the band, the team, coaches, cheerleaders, student groups on foot-powered floats and an old fashioned fire engine, as we get pumped up for the game against Oregon!
The parade will start at the Courthouse and move west on Pearl Street, ending on 10th Street with reviewing stand. Come see this year's Grand Marshall, our National Championship team coach Bill McCartney, current coach Jon Embree, and enjoy a performance by The Buffoons.
Thursday, October 20 | 6:30 p.m. | Boulder Theater
Come support the YWCA of Boulder County while enjoying entertainment for the entire family!
In its fifth year, Dancing with Boulder Stars is one of the most popular events in Boulder County! Eight local business celebrities are partnered with local dance instructors.
Audience members will be able to vote for their favorites with their donations! All proceeds go to support the programs and services of the YWCA of Boulder County.
Monday, October 31 | 1:30 - 5:30 p.m. | Pearl Street
Each Halloween, Downtown Boulder is invaded by tiny ghosts & goblins, dinosaurs & dragons, fairies & princes, super heroes and animals of every size trick-or-treating along Pearl Street during Munchkin Masquerade.
Volunteers are needed to serve as crossing guards helping childen (and parents) safely cross streets. Costumes are encouraged!

Shop Small...It's Going to Be HUGE! First there was Black Friday, then Cyber Monday. Now, there's Small Business Saturday! A day dedicated to supporting local businesses.

Broadway Building Construction
The Broadway Building, located at 1200 Pearl Street/1942 Broadway, will be enveloped by scaffolding for a few more weeks so crews can complete a repair project to parts of the roof and historic façade.
Construction began Monday, October 3 and to date is on schedule to be competed in late October. Weekends (and the entire office building) is open during this project.
