To better assist those in need and those who wish to give back to the community, we have created a Fourmile Canyon Fire Resource page on how to donate, volunteer and support those involved with the catastrophic fire just west of Boulder.

You can also donate cash anytime you are downtown at our Visitors Information Center at 13th and Pearl Street in our Mile High Red Cross donation boxes.

Downtown Green Tip: Save Energy through Water Conservation

One leaky toilet can waste up to 500 gallons a day - that could cost your business anywhere from $30 to over $200 extra per month! Buy a $5 toilet flapper, problem solved. Need a new toilet? Save up to $125 with a rebate from the City of Boulder on a new efficient toilet (1.28 gallons/flush) and cut water use by up to 60 percent. Easy and practical, right?

Whether your business is tackling indoor or outdoor water waste you may be eligible for up to $5,000 in rebates. It PAYS to conserve. Install low-flow faucet aerators and you can save water, energy and money whenever hot water is used. Check out the City of Boulder Water Conservation Program today at www.bouldersaveswater.net.
