CU Family Weekend - University
Parent Guide
CU estimates over 6000 parents are expected to arrive
in Boulder for the CU Boulder 2007 Family Weekend. University
Parent Guide's The Guide to Boulder and associated
website has great local info as well as the complete
schedule of the weekend’s activities. To include

Resurfacing of 9th Street
Beginning Monday, October 22, 2007 contractors for the
city of Boulder will begin milling and asphalt resurfacing
of 9th Street from Arapahoe Avenue to Balsam Avenue.
Work is expected to be completed in 1 ½ weeks.
During daytime work hours (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) 9th
Street will have one lane of traffic open in the work
zone.
Halloween Posters
Halloween Posters at the Munchkin Masquerade!
Eight Days A Week Imaging on the southwest corner of
9th and Pearl Street will be taking digital photos of
kids in costume in front of a Halloween backdrop and
printing FREE posters from 2:00 – 5:00 pm on Wednesday,

Buff Stampede
This Friday, Oct. 19th, at 7 p.m. join us for
the Buff
Stampede with Grand Marshals; the '67 CU Team with
Dick Anderson & Wilmer Cooks. The Stampedes feature
the Golden Buffalo Marching Band parading down the mall,
rallying fans with music and cheers. The band starts
at the County
Courthouse (1300 block of Pearl Street) and heads
west down the mall for a crescendo at the Camera parking
lot.
