in a Nov. 5th article in the Rocky Mountain
News. Congrats to all the wonderful establishments featured
in this piece. This is an excellent example of how Downtown
continues to grow from and prosper beyond its core.

Downtown Boulder is White and Green
This Holiday season Downtown Boulder will feature LED
lights to illuminate the bricks when we Switch
on the Holidays December 1st. LED lights use 95%
less energy and can last as long as two decades. For

Downtown Boulder Annual Holiday Party
On Thursday Dec. 6th, from 5:30pm-7:00pm at
One
Boulder Plaza (East Entrance by the Plaza)
Come celebrate the holidays with your downtown neighbors
at the Annual Downtown Boulder Holiday Party. Enjoy
great food, beverages, complimentary ice skating, and
of course the Downtown Boulder Wheel of Fortune.
The 20th Annual Lights of December Parade
Join us on Saturday, December 1st at 6pm for our wonderful
hometown parade winding around downtown Boulder. In
the parade will be non-profit, civic and business entries
and KBCO's Ginger hosting the reviewing stand at 14th
& Walnut. The entry deadline is TOMORROW,

Kids Corner: St. Nick's on the Bricks
Children of all ages can visit with Santa
and get a free photo with the jolly old
man, courtesy of the Camera. Santa will be on
1300
block of Pearl. In case of bad weather,
Santa will move into the Downtown
Boulder Visitor's Center. Starting Friday, Nov.
23rd and then every Saturday, Nov 24-Dec 22 from 11:00am
- 2:00pm

Open Space Celebration
The City's Open Space Program is celebrating 40 years
of buying and preserving land with cake and music from
1967. Many of those who began the Open Space program
will also be honored. This
Saturday from noon - 3:00pm in the 1300 block of
Pearl.
