Nominate for the Downtown Boulder Awards
Do you know someone in Downtown Boulder that is worthy of recognition? Of course you do! That's why we have the Downtown Boulder Awards! presented at the annual luncheon meeting. Nominations are due January 9th.

Annual Luncheon
The Downtown Boulder Annual Awards Luncheon will be Tuesday, January 29th, 2008 at 11:30am-1pm. The event will be held at the St. Julien Hotel. $35 per person or $315 for a table of ten. Watch your mail for an invitation or RSVP here.

 

Local Businessess In National Eye
Outdoor Divas and Dushanbe Teahouse were both featured in national publications. The Dushanbe Teahouse was featured in the December 14th USA Today article on 10 great places to be steeped in tea.

Kim Walker of Outdoor Divas was highlighted in the January issue of Real Simple magazine. Congratulations to both these Downtown establishments for their success.

 

The Best of Boulder Map Subsidy Ads
The BID and DBI are continuing their subsidies for ad space in the The Best of Boulder Map in the next edition! The BID offers $50 per space and DBI offers $25 an ad for members. 2008 Eco Passes Available
The City of Boulder will distribute renewal decals for full-time, downtown Boulder employees working for businesses within the CAGID and DBBID boundaries. Decals will be available at the Downtown Boulder Visitors Center during the following hours: Jan. 2-4, 7-10, 14-17 from 8am - 4:30pm. Now that the solar powered pay stations are up and running there are a few questions that people have. This section addresses these questions.

Q: Can I take my time with me?

A: Yes! Once you have your printed receipt displayed on your dashboard, you may move your vehicle to another metered spot until your original time is up.
