Historic
Boulder Holiday House Tour
Historic homes in the Whittier neighborhood in Downtown Boulder will open their
doors for Historic
Boulder's Annual Holiday House Tour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday,
Dec. 6 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7. Whittier Elementary School, which
has been educating students since 1882, will host a holiday boutique during
the hours of the tour.

Culture
of Giving Art Contest Celebration
Please join The
Community Foundation and Philanthropiece in
a celebration of Boulder County’s talented youth as they illuminate a
community of giving through artistic expression. The Culture of Giving
Student Art Gallery will be open to the public on
Friday, Nov. 28, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., during Downtown Boulder, Inc., “Switch
on the Holidays” festivities.

CDOT:
Give the Gift of Safe Celebration
Through CDOT's Give the Gift of Safe Celebration Downtown Boulder Businesses
are invited to give the gift of a safe, sober ride home to their employees,
clients and friends this holiday season. The Colorado
Department of Transportation (CDOT) has partnered with metro-area
cab companies to make “universal” taxi vouchers available to Downtown
Boulder for the first time ever.
Businesses in Downtown Boulder are invited
to purchase any quantity of $5 taxi vouchers, which
will be accepted by all three taxi companies in the
Denver-Boulder area (Yellow, Metro and Freedom) between
Dec. 12 and Jan. 5, during intensive DUI enforcement

trip to Downtown Boulder will receive two free hours
worth of GARAGE (parking structure) validations by showing their receipt(s)
at the Visitor
Information Center (1303 Pearl St.) between the hours of 11 a.m.
and 6 p.m. Mondays – Fridays (weather permitting). Remember: Garage (parking
