100 Years of Broadway Cancelled

NEIL BERG'S 100 YEARS OF BROADWAY - CANCELLED. Due to circumstances beyond the Boulder Theater's control this performance scheduled for Saturday has been cancelled. Ticket purchases will be automatically refunded.

 

 

Youth Job and Career Fair
Workforce Boulder County will be hosting a Youth Job and Career Fair Thursday March 4 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Spice Of Life (5706 Arapahoe Ave.). This a free event open to the community (that was attended by over 1500 youth last year). Workforce would love to to involve some of the businesses from Downtown Boulder. Invironments along with Boulder County Home & Garden Magazine and other local sponsors banded together in response to threats of a doomed economy to reward a person in the community for simply choosing optimism amidst difficulty. To enter, contestants shared an inspiring story of how they stay hopeful when life throws a curve ball. Of the 55 contestants, Invironments selected Peggy Wrenn, a Boulder native. Learn more.

SPOTLIGHT ON ...

Tickets on Sale Now to
Fashion Under The Flatirons
March 11, 7:30 p.m. at Boulder Theater

A night filled with fun and style highlighted with a fact paced, energetic fashion show – Fashion Under the Flatirons is an event not to be missed.

In its inaugural year, Downtown Boulder’s Fashion Under the Flatirons will incorporate a runway fashion show emceed by World Cup Freestyle Ski Champion Jeremy Bloom, beauty stations, silent auction, food and drinks all featuring local Downtown Boulder businesses.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Impact on Education, a local non-profit organization focused on raising support for public education.  Approximately 25 – 30 Downtown Boulder merchants will showcase outfits, jewelry and accessories, not to mention hair and makeup.

VIP tickets ($100) give attendees the opportunity to get in early, have a martini and a manicure, be the first to bid on the silent auction, enjoy the show from runway side seats and go home with a fabulous goodie bag.
