Tulip Fairy and Elf Festival
Sunday, April 26 | 1 - 5PM | Throughout Downtown Boulder
WANTED: Fairies and Elves to greet the blooming blossoms along the Pearl Street Mall!
Join the Tulip Fairy as she and her helpers celebrate the beautiful tulips and other spring flowers that adorn the Pearl Street Mall every spring. The Tulip Fairy and Elf Festival features free activities for children, live music from Jeff and Paige, Boulder School of Rock, and Wandering Natives, and more! The Tulip Fairy & Elf Parade leaves from the performance stage at 3:30 p.m.

Welcome CWA Attendees!
April 6-10 | Throughout Boulder
Every April, participants representing a wide range of backgrounds gather in Boulder for what The New York Times calls "a week-long extravaganza of discussion and debate" on over 200 panels that encompass arts, media, science, diplomacy, technology, environment, spirituality, politics, business, medicine, human rights and more. Conference participants will discuss issues on an impromptu basis.
All events are free and open to the public on a seat available basis.

The Tulips are Blooming!
1100, 1200, and 1300 blocks of Pearl Street Mall
The beautiful tulips that adorn the Pearl Street Mall every spring are blooming now on the 1100, 1200, and 1300 blocks.
Please note that due to irrigation replacement on the 1400 block the tulips this year will be found only on the 1100 - 1300 blocks.

Boulder Public Library: Ribbon Cutting and Program Showcase Celebration
Saturday, April 11 | 10AM - 6PM | Boulder Public Library
Join the Boulder Public Library (BPL) as they celebrate the completion of the 15-month renovation of the Main Library on Saturday, April 11, 2015!
Seeds Library Cafe is providing refreshments for the celebration, sponsored by the Boulder Library Foundation. Come by, meet the Seeds staff, enjoy a snack and drink, and explore the beautiful new space.

2015 Student Banner Project: People's Choice Winner
Congratulations to Taylor Coil from Boulder High School!
During Boulder Arts Week (March 27 - April 4), the public was invited to visit the Student Banner project website to vote for their favorite Pearl Street light pole banner designed under the theme "Local Foods and Farmers".
The banner with the most votes was crowned this year's People's Choice award winner. Banners are still on display on the Pearl Street Mall. |
