Cheer on your Buffs at the Pearl Street Stampede Friday
This Friday | 1300 Pearl St. (moves west) | 7 p.m.
This Friday join us on the bricks for the Pearl Street Stampede before the Buffs take on the Washington State Cougars on Saturday. Join members of the Golden Buffalo Marching Band, football team and coaching staff as the parade west along Pearl Street and ends in the former Camera parking lot at 11th and Pearl.
Coming up: CU's annual Homecoming Parade and pep rally will take place downtown as an extended version of the October 21 Stampede!
Remember: Saturday game day parking for CU home games is FREE in all Downtown City Parking Garages.

Only Two More Wednesday Night Farmers' Markets...
Wednesday, September 28 and October 5 | 4 - 8 p.m.
The last two Wednesday night farmers' markets for this season are tonight and next week. After that, the only chance to grab fresh produce from your local farmers downtown will be on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Saturday markets will run until November 19.

The Shoot Out 24 Hour Filmmaking Festival
Friday, October 7 & Saturday, October 8 |
4- 6 p.m.
Since 2004, The Shoot Out Boulder asks filmmakers to trust their courage, imagination and determination by making a seven-minute film in just 24 hours. The challenge and skill involved becomes evident with the list of required technical, material, and timing 'rules' for creating the films. Teams must provide their own equipment, cast and crew. Each film can be no longer than seven minutes in length (including credits) and must be edited in-camera and returned to the event organizers no later than 24 hours after the start of the event.

Master mixoloist Bryan Dayton of Oak at Fourteenth joined six chefs at a James Beard House dinner in New York City. This come on the heals of Dayton's first place win in the national GQ Bombay Sapphire cocktail competition.

Broadway Building Construction
Starting Monday, October 3
The Broadway Building, located at 1200 Pearl Street/1942 Broadway, will be enveloped by scaffolding in the coming weeks to enable construction crews to complete a repair project to parts of the roof and historic façade.
Construction is scheduled to begin Monday, October 3 and is estimated to take four to five weeks to complete. The purpose of the project is to make necessary building repairs to the roof, as well as the brick-work and cornice at the top of the building. Weekends (and the entire building) will be open during this project.
