Nutrition Educator Katie Hegg, teaches about vital nutrients; carbohydrates, proteins, fats and the roles they play in growth, development, and performance. You will understand when and what children should be eating, as well as weight gain and loss for young athletes. Katie will give tips to get your child eating mindfully while following the “Eating for Health”™ model.
