Welcome to the application for the 32nd Annual ArtFair, Boulder’s largest art show. The application deadline is March 31, 2010.

Fees:
Each applicant must submit 2 separate checks made out to Downtown Boulder Inc.

  • Check #1 - $20 non-refundable application fee. This check will be deposited upon receipt.  Please enclose this fee for each category under which you apply.
  • Check #2 - Space Fee: $200: 4' x 10'  /  $250: 10' x 10'  /  $500: 10' x 20'  (Please note: 10' x 10' is the standard size)
  • Booth Location Request Fee (Optional): $100: Booth location request fees will only be cashed if staff is able to fulfill booth request

150 artists will be accepted. Space fees will be deposited on Tuesday, June 1st. Space fee checks from artists not accepted will be returned. Mail checks and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Downtown Boulder, Inc 1942 Broadway, Suite 301 Boulder, CO 80302.

After you press submit you will see instructions for uploading your images. Please upload 4 images of work and 1 image of booth.  Please limit each image to 500 KB (800x600 pixels recommended).

Agreement: Submission of work to ArtFair 2010 constitutes an agreement to comply with conditions set forth in this prospectus and agree to abide by ArtFair rules and regulations as outlined by Downtown Boulder, Inc. I hereby release and hold harmless Downtown Boulder, Inc. its agents, employees and representatives from any and all liability. All participants agree to be present for all days.
