Teen Open Wall @ Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art

Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art offers artistically-inclined high school students the rare opportunity to become a key player in the art world, at least for one night. The Studio Project presents Teen Open Wall on Friday, January 11 from 8:00-11:00 p.m. Teens are invited to exhibit up to three pieces of their art on the walls of the West Gallery for the duration of Teen Open Wall. This revelatory event provides the experience of what it’s like to have your art shown in a museum without the agony of a submission/selection process. A community happening, this event encourages the unique voice of BMoCA’s teenage audience, providing a rare opportunity for young artists to display their work, and see the work of their friends and colleagues, on the walls of a museum.
