J is for July: Q’s Food and Wine Series

Q’s is proud to offer the opportunity to enjoy outstanding vintages from three California vintners that all happen to start with “J”.    Jordan,  Justin Vineyards, and , “J” Vineyards have risen to their lofty positions in the California hierarchy through great vineyards, inspirational winemaking methods, and consistent attention to detail.  Among the six wines we will feature will be “J’s” Cuvee 20 Sparkling, Jordan 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, and Justin’s 2006 Meritage style “Justification”.  Q’s Chef Matt Christianson is going to have some fun with this one.  He’s planning a menu of four courses of “Surf and Turf” combinations.  Veronica has visions of Colorado Plums and Chocolate dancing in her head for dessert.  The menu will also include a healthy dose of locally grown produce from Toohey Farms and our own Chef’s Garden.  Looking forward to seeing you all here at what is sure to be memorable dinner.
