We offer unique sandwiches using the very best ingredients, delicious prepared foods, and specialty foods such as cured meats, farmstead cheeses, imported olive oils, vinegars and pasta! To guarantee our menu is as fresh and delicious as it possibly can be, we roast all of our own cold-cuts in house, use all-natural products whenever possible and partner with the best farmers in Colorado.
