Kasa Japanese Grill & Bar is a yakitoria, featuring specially prepared skewers (or kushi) of meats and vegetables. Kasa is proud to introduce old family recipes into our sauce repertoire. All of our sauces and dips for yakitori are made from scratch in our kitchen. We also feature prestigious quality meats and organic vegetables, as well as the use of an expensive charcoal called binchotan, highly prized and used by top chefs to emphasize the taste of the yakitori.
