| Boulder Craft Beer Fest Tickets Selling Fast |

Saturday, August 20 | 1PM-5PM | West Central Park
The 3rd annual Boulder Craft Beer Festival (BCBF) is less than two weeks away. Get your tickets before they're gone! Craft beer enthusiasts (or novices) can sample over 45 craft beers on tap, enjoy live music and tasty food for purchase. There will be free lawn games for attendees including ping pong and cornhole.

TONIGHT | First wave at 6 pm | 14th & Pearl
The Pearl Street Mile is a Boulder classic. This year's 19th annual running of the mile through downtown includes runners of all ages and abilities. This is a true community event and fun for athletes of all levels and abilities.
Race day registration begins at 4:30 PM today. Race day registration and packet pick-up takes place near the start of the race (14th and Pearl Streets). The first wave of the race starts at 6PM with the Kids 1/2 mile.

Congrats IRONMAN Athletes
Congratulations to all of the IRONMAN Boulder participants! Winners were Clay Emge of Texas and Lectie Altman of Hawaii with finishing times of 8:39:59 and 10:01:00 respectively. Enjoy a photo gallery from the IRONMAN Welcome Concert and opening ceremony.

The Boulder Fringe provides a platform for artists to showcase their artwork, often in non-traditional spaces. The purpose is to educate about independent art that is accessible, and affordable. Fringe represents a year round way of life capped by an annual 12-day performance art festival that brings together local, national, and international shows and other events around Boulder.

Save the Date: Tulip Bulb Giveaway
Wednesday, August 31 | 1300 Block of Pearl
Each year, the City of Boulder Parks & Recreation staff changes the variety and color of the tulips planted on the Pearl Street Mall. At the tulip bulb giveaway, residents of Boulder have the opportunity to take home tulip bulbs for their own gardens. A small donation is requested for each bag. Mark your calendars, this event takes place Wednesday, August 31! Additional information coming soon. |
