But First, Let Me Take a Selfie

In this day and age of social media, did you really go anywhere if you didn’t post about it? Just kidding (but not really). Luckily for all of you on the gram’ Boulder is a picturesque wonderland just waiting for that VSCO edit. One of my personal favorites is Corrida’s rooftop, I love taking in the views during happy hour, it’s honestly heavenly. If you’re trying to be fiscally responsible though (I hear ya), have no fear because the rooftop is considered to be a public park so you can snap away for free. If you’re like me and thrive on elevated surfaces, then boy do I have some good news for you. The Rio Grande will be moving back to its original location just in time for summer and you know what that means… margs on the roof for days! Moving right across the street to the Rio in Boulder House’s old location will be a new food hall called Rosetta Hall. Lucky us though, we’re not just getting one food hall but two! Avanti will be opening later this year moving into the old Cheesecake Factory space. That’s four roofs, four restaurants, four times the selfie spots and lots of fun so get stoked! If those aren’t enough angles for ya the Spruce Street parking garage also has some killer views and it’s free parking on the weekends! Yes I know, not the most glamorous spot but you gotta do what you gotta do for those likes though am I right?

For the perfect aesthetically pleasing indoor shot, both Island Farm and Savannah Bee Company have eye candy-like interiors. Dreamy fixtures and perfect lighting are essential for that influencer aesthetic that’s all the rage right now. Of course no social media feed is complete without the quintessential tulip picture. Tulips buds have already been spotted so you won’t have to wait long. Speaking of tulips, the Tulip Fairy and Elf Festival is Sunday April 7! A great event for the whole family and it’s the perfect excuse to wear a flower crown and take a few magical selfies. Honestly, there’s really no place in Boulder that’s not picture worthy so have fun, explore, and don’t let anyone shame you for upping your selfie game!

Sincerely,

Lee
