Last month, Frasca Food and Wine celebrated our 15th anniversary on Pearl Street. 

Here are some things you may not know:
What is now our glass polishing room used to be the kitchen.
Frasca used to be an old gourmet grocery store.

Here is one thing we hope you know: friends & family mean the world to us, which is why on November 5th & 6th, we're thrilled to announce the two night celebration of 15 years of Frasca, featuring "Friends" & "Family".

We'll kick thing off on Tuesday, 11/5, with "Friends" - Chef Marc Vetri of Vetri Cucina, Chef Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne of the Lucques Group in Los Angeles (a.o.c., Tavern, Lucques, The Larder) will be flying in to join us. Some of our dearest and esteemed colleagues, Chef Suzanne was our very first guest chef at Frasca. Chef Marc's second home is Boulder - you can often find him and his family at Frasca or Pizzeria Locale in August. 

On Wednesday, 11/6, we're humbled to welcome back  those who got their start in the Frasca family, and have now spread the branches of the family tree, continuing to do great things within the industry. In the kitchen, we're ecstatic to host Chefs Jared Sippel of Italienne in NYC, Brian Lockwood of Eleven Madison Park in NYC and Alex Hong of Sorrel in San Francisco.

On the floor, we'll keep things fun with Allison Anderson of
Beckon I Call in Denver, Nate Ready M.S. of Hiyu Wine Farm and Smockshop Band, Dustin Wilson M.S. of Verve Wine, and Bryan Dayton of OAK at Fourteenth, Acorn, Corrida and BriDer in Boulder/Denver.

Each evening will begin with a reception at 6:00PM, followed by a multi-course seated dinner with pairings. In the spirit of the evening, seating will be communal at larger tables. We hope you will join us for one (or both!) of these very special events. Seating is limited to just 70 guests per evening.

$295 Per Person Includes Multi Course Tasting Menu, Wine Pairings, Tax and Service Gratuity.
