Goal:
Write JavaScript code while learning key JavaScript concepts in an interactive and friendly learning environment. Beginners welcome!
This class will kick you off on your journey of learning JavaScript and enable you to join a class of like-minded individuals.
Topics covered:
-What JavaScript is used for and how it plays an important role in today's ever-evolving technology ecosystem
-How JavaScript works with web browsers to create interactivity on your favorite websites
-Fundamental JavaScript concepts like syntax, variables, types, statements, expressions and functions
Who this workshop is for:
-This workshop is for learners with little to no JavaScript experience (complete beginners).
What to bring:
-Students will need to bring their own laptops. Windows, Mac or Linux will do it!
