Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab!  Dishes inspired by the flavors of Mexico City! Enjoy and recreate for a fun evening at home:

Mini Avocado Tostada: Ripe avocado chopped with chiles, onions and herbs, topped with an ancho cream

Chicken Lime Cilantro Taquitos: Chicken shredded and stuffed into corn tortillas and baked or fried until crisp.

Salsa Verde: Tomatillo based salsa with cilantro, lime and possibly chillies

Tortas Al Pastor: Classic Mexican sandwich filled with a savory pineapple roasted shredded pork
