Desmond Echavarrie, MS of Scale Wine Group
Desmond “Desie” Echavarrie founded Scale Wine Group in 2016 as a means for his small team of wine sales specialists to assist in managing the wholesale sales channel for small, dynamic brands. Desie is no stranger to fine wine and excellent restaurants. In 2012 he became a Master Sommelier while working at the French Laundry and then went on to be the Sales Director at Realm Cellars in Napa. He also works alongside our very own Bobby Stuckey in selecting wines for American Airlines. He works with a handful of excellent producers like Jean Pierre Launois from Les Mesnil Sur Oger in Champagne, Band of Vintners, Kanzler, and Red Car. We are thrilled to have Desie here at Frasca for his first Monday Night Wine Dinner.
