This will be our third thirdMonday night with Boulder resident, beloved Frasca regular, and owner of La Encantada Estate, Andrew Larson. La Encantada Estate is on the Western edge of the Sta. Rita Hills. Originally planted by legendary winegrower and winemaker Richard Sanford, the La Encantada Vineyard is a 250 acre site ideally situated for cool climate California Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Recently certified organic vineyards, the wines from the La Encantada Estate get increasingly more expressive from vintage to vintage. Doug Margerum, who has been making wine in the region for over 15 years, is making the wines at La Encantada, and they couldn’t be better.Come in and try the wines from this certified organic site and meet Andrew.
