Artists will be painting "en plein air" in downtown for this event. Artists are given only 2 hours to create a piece of art! Come to the mall to cheer on your favorite and watch masterpieces unfold before your eyes! Art created during the quick draw will be judged on site at noon on the mall in front of the County Courthouse (between 13th and 14th streets). Awards will be given at 12:30. All art is available for purchase. This event is free and open to the public.
