Downtown Employee Appreciation Week

Each year, the Downtown Boulder Partnership teams up with various businesses and local groups to celebrate the downtown workforce. It's because of all of you that the downtown district continues to thrive. Your hard work does not go unnoticed and is appreciated more than you can imagine. Please join us for a week of special offers, happenings and fun to honor Y-O-U!
All employees (from office and restaurant workers to retail sales staff and everyone else in between) throughout the entire Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District are invited to celebrate Employee Appreciation Week (EAW)!
To participate, you must pick up a sticker that will identify you as a downtown employee. Stop by the Downtown Boulder Visitor Information Center (1303 Pearl Street) starting Tuesday, May 28 through Sunday, June 9 from 10 am - 8 pm daily. You may pick-up stickers for everyone at your company, but only the employee(s) who are in person for the sticker pick-up, can enter to win a $100 gift card to Rosetta Hall!
This year, you will find the return of fun traditions like Office Olympics and new features such as our employee spotlights. We also have special opportunities for employees of businesses who are members of Downtown Boulder Partnership. Look through the sections below to learn more about the fun ways we are celebrating all downtown employees!

Employee Spotlights
Shine the light on our incredible downtown employees by nominating them for an Employee Spotlight. You can nominate a co-worker, your favorite coffee barista or any other downtown employee who deserves special recognition.
Employees who are nominated will receive a goody bag filled with surprises from Elevations Credit Union, Symmetry Massage, and Gelato Boy. Plus, they will be entered into the Employee Spotlight drawing. We have prizes from Pendleton, Bliss, Athleta, Clean Your Dirty Face and more!
EAW Super Specials & Events
It's an action packed week of fun events for all downtown employees. We are hosting an Employee Wellness Day (think relaxation!), Office Olympics + Happy Hour, Frisbee Golf, eBike rides, spice sampling, fluid art classes, wine tasting and a Friday concert!

Office Olympics
Wednesday, June 5 | 3 - 4 pm | Boulder County Courthouse Lawn
Sign up a team of 6 coworkers or friends to compete in the Office Olympics games! Despite the name, Office Olympics isn't just for office workers, but features office-themed games. After the Olympics, join us for a happy hour at The Post Chicken & Beer!
Team registration is now open and will close on May 31st.
