After Work with Food Lab

Casey Easton opened Food Lab in downtown Boulder in 2015 with the mission of helping to enhance the level of culinary skills, food and wine knowledge to food lovers young and young at heart in an entertaining and informative way. Her background as a personal chef allows her to share her knowledge and talents with seasoned home chefs and even mini chefs as young as six years old! Casey has been in Boulder for 20 years and when away from work, enjoys spending time with her two kids and awesome pup.  She loves trail running in the flatirons, skiing in the winter and just living in this unique place.

After work, you can't beat sitting on the Corrida rooftop and sipping a glass of wine. T/ACO is great to grab delicious tacos with a marg and relax for a moment before heading home. When the family meets me downtown, we go to Pizzeria Locale for pizza and arancini!

Cruising Pearl Street is always entertaining! The street performers, even after 20 years, delight me with their talent and energy.

Although I love our summers, there is nothing like getting all bundled up and enjoying all of the lights once December hits. It can feel like a winter wonderland in downtown.
