LOCATION: The Dairy Center For The Arts - 2590 Walnut St

Boulder-based Evolving Doors Dance premieres Dis-Guise. Choreographer Angie Simmons, Sound Designer Amy Shelley, Guitarist Janet Feder, and a seven-member cast expose a glimpse of the many people that hide inside each of us. We all hold the capability to have many faces, many sides. Dis-Guise prompts the questions: What version of you comes alive in a given circumstance? With friends? When you're alone? When you're threatened? When you're loved? When faced with your worst fear? When you triumph? Or fail? Which of those is the REAL you? Are the answers you find even more precarious? This contemporary modern company explores what happens when we remove our masks. Come, observe, participate, think, question, and evolve. Dare to see us and your fellow viewers as human, fallible, and beautiful for it. Join the cast for post-performance Q&A sessions on Oct 22, 23 and 28. Ages 18+. Ages 14 - 17 with parental advisory due to nudity. Tickets available here: http://bit.ly/eddtickets More information available here: http://bit.ly/edddisguise
