The Beehive is located in the west end neighborhood of downtown Boulder, within a few blocks walking distant to all major hotels & transit systems. We have several seating arrangements available such as our community table, harvested from local pine beetle kill for more intimate gathering of 14 guests or less or the entire room which comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests. The Acorn Room accommodates up to 40 guests with tables, and approximately 50 guests without tables. We will work with you to create a floor plan to accommodate your meeting specifics. OAK provides free wireless internet and also has full AV capabilities. Whether or not you choose to provide lunch at your meeting, the Acorn Room is a comfortable, private space for your next business gathering.
