The Boulder Public Library maintains the Boulder Creek Meeting Room primarily for Library-related activities. However, the room is available to government, neighborhood and not-for-profit community groups on a space-available basis.

Located on the Pearl Street Mall, one block from the RTD bus station, OAK offers a private meeting space in our Acorn Room. The Acorn Room accommodates up to 40 guests with tables, and approximately 50 guests without tables. We will work with you to create a floor plan to accommodate your meeting specifics. OAK provides free wireless internet and also has full AV capabilities. Whether or not you choose to provide lunch at your meeting, the Acorn Room is a comfortable, private space for your next business gathering.

The St Julien offers over 16,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor Colorado conference facilities. Indoor space consists of nine meeting rooms, six with windows, measuring a total of 9,708 square feet including the pre-function space.
