Black and Gold on the Bricks: The Pearl Street  Stampede Returns…

There is nothing better than a good old Stampede to get Downtown Boulder excited about the CU Football season! Back for another year along Pearl Street is the Buff Stampede featuring the Golden Buffalo Marching Band along with the CU Football team themselves. Starting at 7 pm on the Friday before each home game (as well as one Wednesday evening), The Buff Stampede will rally Downtown Boulder’s locals and visitors to join in for an evening of music, celebration and fun. Starting on the 1300 block of Pearl Street, the Golden Buffalo Marching Band will entertain spectators as mini footballs are thrown into the crowds with the CU Football team mingling with fans of all ages. The Stampede will head west on Pearl Street with the band stopping to perform on the 1200 & 1100 blocks. Dress in your CU best and bring the family out for a Stampede like you’ve never seen before!
