Executive Chef Matt Christianson, Sous Chefs Sam “Sal” Proia, Josh “FrouFrou” Taillon, Ian “The Czar” Rubenoff, and Pastry Chef Todd “Sweetness” Garston will each be preparing a course of seasonal Chef Crafted Cuisine.“Dr.” Dave Miller, Q’s sommelier, has Chosen Five Food Friendly, somewhat off-beat Varietals from his cellar for our Chefs to pair with their creations. We’ll pour a Spanish Albarino, a German Riesling, a California Merlot, a Spanish Tempranillo, and a California Black Muscat for Dessert. Chef John Platt is looking forward to serving as ringleader for the evening’s epicurean circus.
