Library Film Program: International Cinema: Camera Buff (Amator)
Directed by Krzysztof Kieslowski (Poland-1979).  The man who buys the first camera in town is named official photographer by the local party boss.  His horizons widen, but his movie-making also leads to domestic strife and philosophical dilemmas. In Polish with subtitles.
