• To pay by cash or check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express visit our office in person (Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. / 1942 Broadway St., Suite 301 – between Weekends and Free People on the Pearl Street Mall) and at the Downtown Boulder Visitor Information Center (13th and Pearl streets, hours vary by season - view current hours here).

Remember:

• You can get a Downtown Boulder Gift Card for any denomination between $10 to $500, and spend it at as many different places (where the card is accepted) as you like!

• The Card will work just like a credit card at participating merchants.

• Please note: If you make a purchase greater than the amount on the gift card, ask the merchant to take your other form of payment (for the difference) first. If the merchant tries to run the gift card first, it will be ‘rejected’ because it will only accept up to the amount loaded on the gift card.  It is your responsibility to track the balance, but you can check your card balance at anytime.
   
• Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted monthly from the card balance starting on the first day after a one-year period of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in an increase or decrease in the card balance, other than the imposition of a fee, or an adjustment due to an error or reversal of a prior transaction. For the card transaction history, visit www.getmybalance.com  1.800.755.0085.Unless prohibited by law, if a replacement Card is issued for a lost, stolen or damaged card, a $5.00 Replacement Card Fee will be charged. Not redeemable for cash or credit except as stated in the Card Agreement. Purchase, acceptance or use of Card constitutes acceptance of Card Agreement.
