Q: Where do I purchase Downtown Boulder Gift Cards?
A: On our website by clicking on Buy Gift Cards and paying with a Visa or Mastercard OR by visiting our offices at 1942 Broadway, Suite 301 (above Weekends and Powell's Sweet Shoppe) M-F 9-5pm or our  Downtown Visitor's Information Center  (Where we also take checks and cash). A listing of businesses that accept the gift certificates can be found on our website as well as on list given out with every gift certificate.

Q: Where can I purchase parking tokens/stickers?
A: Parking tokens/stickers can be purchased at our office at a 25% discount M-F, 9-5 at 1942 Broadway, Suite 301 (above Weekends and Powell's Sweet Shoppe) or at 15th and Pearl, upstairs in parking services.

Events

Q: When is Bands on the Bricks? Where do I find a schedule?
A: Bands on the Bricks  is every Wednesday starting in June and running through the end of August  from 7-9 p.m. on the 1300 block of Pearl. See our events page for details.

Q: When is ArtFair? Where do I obtain an application to display my work?
A: ArtFair is tusually the 3rd Weekend July.  Applications can be obtained online after late January  or we can mail them to you. (please include your mailing address in the email)

Q: How do I find a particular business or restaurant in downtown Boulder?
A: The names, addresses, phone numbers, and websites of businesses and restaurants in downtown Boulder can be found on our website under Shopping, Services, or Restaurants. Or you can search here.

Q: Who do I call to remove graffiti from my business?
A: To have graffiti removed, please call Matt Haupt at Downtown Boulder at 303-449-377 4 or go to www.KeepDowntownClean.com to fill out our online form

The Mall

Q: Where is the Lost and Found for the Mall?
A: The Lost and Found is at the police annex (303-413-7332), located at 16th and Pearl. There is also a secondary lost and found in the Visitor Center located on 13th and Pearl.

Q: How do I become a vendor on the mall?
A: To become a vendor on the mall, contact Ellen Cunningham at 303-413-7315 to obtain a permit.

Q: Can I play musical instruments on the mall?
A: Yes, you may play an unamplified musical instruments on the mall. Please limit performances to 30-minute increments and move locations on the mall to avoid bothering businesses upstairs.
