Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Indian cuisine doesn’t have to take all day to prepare and cook! For a great weeknight meal, try these classic and fun Indian dishes!

Shishito Pakora: Lightly battered shishito peppers, fried to a deep golden brown and paired with bright acidic sauces
Peach Mint Chutney: Fresh peaches simmered to a thick sauce with ginger and spices
Raita: A cooling herb and yogurt sauce
Kulcha Paneer: A leavened flat bread stuffed with cheese and peppers then seared until crisp.
Chana Masala: A fragrant and hearty chickpea stew great for dipping bread.
