Boulder Spirits by Vapor Distillery. Vapor Distillery is the oldest distillery in Boulder County - They have been making award-winning hand crafted spirits since 2007, and our 1500-Gallon Copper Pot Still is the largest in the state. Best known for their Single Malt Whiskies and Bourbons, although they do make Vodka, Gin and several cordials as well. There is a speakeasy style tasting room open between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday. Bottle sales as well as a variety of handcrafted cocktails and flights are on offer.
