Our mission is simply to provide gourmet, local sandwiches with food that tastes real. We debuted at the Boulder Farmers Market in 2014 which allowed us to develop relationships with the local farmers and entrepreneurs resulting in a menu filled with local products, including fresh produce, bread, kombucha, water kefir, jam and honey.  Creating fresh, gourmet, organic sandwiches. Organic Sandwich Company is all about the sandwich with the belief that taste is just as important as the quality and source of food. A sandwich shop with a social conscience?
