Join us at Spruce Farm & Fish for the Real McCoy 4 Course Chef’s Dinner | Rum Runners of the Prohibition Era, presented by Bailey Pryor, on Thursday, March 19th, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM!
Enjoy a cocktail hour with appetizers in License No. 1, followed by 4 course Chef’s Dinner with rum pairings featuring 3-year, 5-year, 12-year, and limited edition bottles.

Course 1: Hors D’Oevures of Petite Aloo Pie and Housemade Ceviche with Plantain Chips paired with 3-Year Rum
Course 2: Sugar Cane Scallops with Vanilla Rum Sauce paired with 5-Year Rum
Course 3: Jerk Spiced Squab paired with 12-Year Rum
Course 4: Plantains Fosters paired with Limited Edition Rum
Presenting the event is Bailey Pryor, Boulder's own certified distiller and seven-time Emmy Award winning documentary filmmaker and founder of The Real McCoy Rum, who has spent 10 years researching and writing this presentation, which is based on his documentary film “The Real McCoy,” now playing on PBS.
