This is a hands-on, make-and-take class. Do you ever feel slightly off or not fully yourself after partaking in daily activities and can’t quite pinpoint why? Using Spiritual Hygiene tools like smudging, salts, and sprays can not only help protect you from getting to this point but will also cleanse you and your space to give you a sense of equilibrium. In this class, we will learn how to harvest and use various tools to regain and maintain vitality, health and balance in your everyday life. Everyone will make their own energy-cleansing salt scrub and a spritzer for protection or purification.
