Vaginal steaming is a traditional women's healthcare treatment and self-care ritual. This practice cultivates deeper connection with our womb and menstrual cycles and is helpful in easing a wide variety of female reproductive health issues. We will explore various herbs and techniques for steams in addition to formulation inspiration for different types of steams. Learning this practice can be deeply empowering for women. This class is demonstration style and each participant will leave with a small steam blend for home use.
