The team that brought you Gemini on Pearl Street in Boulder is pleased to introduce their second concept, High Country. The new restaurant will offer a laid back, mountain town vibe perfect for a quick lunch, a satisfying dinner, and late night hangs. Opening in April 2024, High Country will occupy the former Hapa Sushi location at 1117 Pearl Street.
High Country will serve elevated comfort fare, including burgers and fries, wings, ribs, green chili, and classic salads, with a retro-chic dessert lineup of milkshakes, cookies, and a rotating selection of pies. The bar will offer a robust cocktail program, Colorado craft beers, and approachable wines.
This full service restaurant will be open daily for lunch and dinner with dine-in, delivery, and take-out options. Indoor and patio dining will be available.
