"We were walking up Spruce Street one day and we saw this beautiful building at 16th Street for sale. It was originally The Coburn Hotel. We renovated it and re-named it The Bradley Boulder Inn (after our son). That was more than 15 years ago and a lot has changed downtown since then, thanks to the exciting development on this end of Pearl."
"Our staff is unbelievable. They make everybody who stays here feel so special. I think that's the real magic of it. It's a favorite place to stay downtown for tourists and also for many of Boulder's best-known companies who host their colleagues here."
"We're so lucky to be involved in the hospitality business in a place like Boulder. This town has so much to offer visitors. Our guests come from all over the world, and they remind us everyday of what is so special about Boulder. It's a wonderful thing to consistently hear!"
"I've always really enjoyed working with all different types of people. It's exciting to constantly be meeting new people, giving them suggestions of what to do and to sharing our favorite downtown restaurants and shops with them. They really listen to us because we live and work downtown and we are like the concierges for Boulder. I like being a part of helping people experience this town." - Annie
"I love to travel but Boulder is such a special place to be from. I am always so happy to return to Boulder from a trip, because there’s just really no other place in the world like it."
"The Bradley’s classic architecture tricks many people into thinking that this building is older than it really is. In fact, it is actually a relatively new building, designed and built in 1994 specifically as a hotel - with private baths in each of the twelve rooms. We invite people to come by during business hours for a tour!"
