I think like most people my wife and I came to Boulder for the outdoor lifestyle for ourselves and our kids. The skiing, biking and camping have been incredible but what really keeps us in Boulder is the incredibly supportive community.
I ride my bike to work downtown with a permagrin on my face every day. For me, this is a dream come true. A great way to start the day is with a coffee or mocha at Spruce Confections on the West End. For lunch, I like to grab a bit at Lindsay's Boulder Deli at Haagen-Dazs on the Pearl Street Mall.
I try to support local businesses as much as I can and two of my favorite are the iconic Boulder Book Store for a good read and Cedar & Hyde for new threads and gadgets.
For dinner, I might make things interesting and flip a coin between sushi at Sushi Zanmai or tacos at T|ACO.
Batshit Crazy Ventures
I can honestly say I have never needed a break from Downtown Boulder.
